The Avalon Room is perfect for more intimate functions, as it can comfortably seat 100 guests.
This versatile facility lends itself to cozy events from outdoor to indoor weddings and business meetings.
The beautiful, adjoining lawn area is often used as a ceremony site and a picturesque location for photos.
The Avalon Room Rental Fee includes:
60” Round tables and chairs (8 guests per table)
8’ Rectangular tables for main seating and food service

The Expo Center sells all beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). However, our clients may supply their own catering and decorating services.
